I purchased the 9000 BTU KLIMAIRE Inverter Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump Air Conditioner 19 SEER from Heat and Cool.

Excellent Product, inside and outside units are very quiet running, fast shipping, purchased from Heat And Cool excellent to do business with.

Product arrived in excellent condition. I am an A/C Tech so the installation was very easy. The installation instruction booklet seems to be a little confusing (semi broken english), but if you take a little extra time to understand it, it makes sence.

This is my first time purchasing from Heat and Cool and I would highly recomend this product.

I expect a 30-50% savings in my A/C electrical bill not having to run the 5 ton Central AC for the whole house while we sleep.

After installation in my bedroom I slep like a baby at 78 deg F.
