When I received my table and chairs set, the table was damaged long ways on both ends. I tried to contact someone about the issue last year, but was only given a e-mail to contact. When I wrote the e-mail given, I was told to put the table back in the box and send it back. Well, there is two things wrong with that problem.

1. The box it came in was so well packaged, I had to rip it to shreds to get it out. Which is why I'm surprised it was damaged in the first place. I also assume I would have had to pay shipping cost, since I was not given any instruction other than to stick it back in the box.

2. The table is so heavy, it took two men to carry it into my home. I would not have been able to carry it myself, and put it in my little car.

My table is ugly on both ends, and I can't fix it. As much as I payed for it, I never expected it to be damaged and not able to get someone to address my issue upfront.

If it was not for the ends being broken, I would say this is a nice piece. The seats get a bit uncomfortable after a while, but I can deal with that.
Also I would like to add, I was given a day they would be here, and it was a few weeks later that they actually came. I was never given a reason why.
