The shag on this rug is very large. Each yarn is approximately 3.8" wide. Looks like good quality but the picture on the site looked like a regular shag rug. I would have attached a picture but the add your own picture link is covered but by the product image. I did manage to attach a picture to the 8'x2.5' runner rug on the site.

Also in order to return I had to take pictures of the product labels and the product to send the seller before they would refund. Seems like they should know what they sent me. And the e-mails are rejecting because the files with pictures are too big.
