I ordered this for daughter's dorm. Twin XL fit great on mattress. It made a terribly hard bed so much better. She has slept on memory-foam for many years due to joint pain.
I was surprised it had no "odor" when opened package and was happy about that since that is a common complaint with so many other mattress pads. We've ordered 2 other pads in past by different manufactures, and those weren't too bad on smell, but this one is nonexistent. Eco friendly must of made the difference!
Compared to my past experience with our other 3"& 4",4lbs memory-foams that we've had for several years, this one seems more fragile. We opened it when arrived in dorm and put on bed (to air out, but not needed) and before we put a mattress cover pad over it, I stood on bed and afterwards noticed a 2" tear where I had stood. This makes me worried how it will hold up bringing back and forth during her college years. It is white, our others are more yellowish, not that color matters- just a difference.
Also, description of my purchase included a pillow that was missing. When arrived we waited couple weeks to open at dorm since shrink wrapped. I was disappointed,but for price, still ok with purchase.
If it holds up next 4 years, we will be very satisfied. A good nights sleep is more than worth it!

UPDATE: Sent 1 email to seller and in Oct they sent me 2 pillows to replace missing one. Customer service took awhile to respond, but good afterwards and followed-up on pillows.
