I purchased this sofa for use in my guest bedroom due to limited space. It is an attractive piece of furniture, however, it is very, very hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. My adult son was my first guest to use this item, and he lasted an hour and a half on the bed before moving to my living room couch. I would not recommend this item unless you like to sleep on a brick.
