The Cortez 3 Tier Chocolate Fountain Review

Let me start by saying that I was impressed when I received this fountain. It has a professional, commercial feel to it. It is heavy and pretty solid. The main problem was that the chocolate (which was ready to use fountain chocolate) did not run smoothly through the machine. We had a few minutes of beautiful, cascading flow and then it began to have more of a drip that a smooth flow. The functionality was fine, it was usable and the chocolate tasted fine but it was not the show piece I was hoping for my event.
Clean up was ok, less work than I expected.
Overall, I would say it was not bad for the price but given the way the chocolate flowed, I would not buy again.
