I was a little hesitant buying this sage color as some sites showed a brighter green. This picture on Amazon was accurate. The green tones are muted which I wanted - in fact, it was a little darker than I thought it would be - but this was fine for me. The carpet feels thick under foot and vacuums nicely. It came rolled up, and laid flat within the day. The pattern has very fine lines of varying color in it (beiges, browns, taupes, and black) - which together make the various shaded blocks. The outside border was a nice solid uniform sage. The octagonal shape was perfect for my application in a hallway in front of a few different rooms. I think it will last well as the quality looked good.
