I know we did not buy this particular model but you cannot get my model online anywhere...yet.

PRO--I bought the Cozzia EC-618b and it is amazing! You are in the clouds with comfort and all your aches and pains seem to melt away. It works the hips, which is my problem area. It also works the arms and calves and all without squeezing the snot out of your legs like some models do. The Thai setting also stretches you, which is nice when you're the kind of person who has to be adjusted often by the doc. The zero G is my favorite setting. Talk about feeling like you're in the clouds. I hooked up my IPAD to the speakers and listened to Debussy while going through one of the preset routines. The nice thing about that combo is the music moves along with the chair, no disruptions in either while your session is going. Not sure what the colored lights have to do with anything but hey, who am I to balk at beauty?

CONS--the Cozzia chair is delicate. YOU CAN ONLY RUN IT FOR 30 MIN AT A TIME, which you find out only after scouring the manual. We ran ours on and off, mostly on, for 3 hours and it died on us the first day. We called the store and they have ordered us a new on so I will have to do an update. I am still giving the chair 4 stars because it is a wonderful chair, even if it broke down on me.

I do recommend this chair. But use it responsibly. The furniture store we bought ours from has a model on the floor that people are in all the time and it is going strong so I must assume I got a lemon. Update in a few weeks.
