Wayfair shipped it quickly and efficiently, and it is now the star center piece of our newly redecorated living room. Dimond Lighting D1403S Stanton 1-Light Transitional Floor Lamp with Glass Tray, 16 by 59-Inch, Silver Plated Finish Review

I am updating this review a year later to say that I am so grateful I bought this lamp, it is a beautiful piece in my house and it is so versatile, I know of about 3 places it would work. It is solid construction and the shade is large enough to allow for a larger light bulb (120 watt+) that has true color.

The quality of the shade is excellent and the color is slightly darker that an ivory and blends well with the lamp. The entire lamp was easy to assemble, heavy and seemed consistent in quality. A metal edge on the table tray gives that table lamp a nice finish. As a comparison, I had purchased a west elm floor lamp recently that was no where near the quality of this lamp and much more difficult to assemble.

What is interesting about this lamp is the finish. When assembling the lamp, I noticed that the three-leg stand portion of the lamp has more of a golden bronze appearance (which I am more in favor of) where the rest of the lamp has more of a flat bronze appearance. In addition the metal edging on the glass tray table appears to have a more golden bronze look. Initially, I had thought there was a quality control issue. However, once assembled the lamps appearance looks consistent.

Dimplex Allendale Electric Fireplace Review

This mantle is a beautiful dark oak with cherry undertones. The flames are realistic, and the logs look nice when the fireplace is on or off. You can feel the quiet heater blowing from a distance; it blows down and away. The reflected logs give the illusion of the flames dancing in the middle of a random pile of logs. Ember bed glows and pulsates. Assembled in minutes with a phillips screwdriver, and I am not that handy. Solid, beautiful, heats the room. Very satisfied.

I am very happy with my Electric Fireplace. It is very beautiful and well made. It is also very easy to put together. It comes in about four sections plus the fireplace piece and you easily assemble it. I had no problems. Once it was put together, I just turned it on and enjoyed! I would Definitely recommend this fireplace, it was well worth the money. I only wish that they gave you a choice to choose Light, Medium or Dark Oak colors. I would have prefered the Light or Medium Oak color, but the Dark Oak is nice too. It just depends on your taste in the shade of Oak that you like.

Dimplex Symphony Media Bennett TV Stand with Electric Fireplace in Espresso Review

I bought this electric fireplace at a local furniture store. Unfortunately, I paid $250 more plus had to haul it an hour home! The fireplace is made of solid wood and was packaged in two boxes. (Very HEAVY) The assembly directions were very clear and took my husband and I about 90 minutes to put it together.
The flame is relistic and I have received many compliments over this piece. I have a 55 inch TV that sits on the mantle and all of my electronic components fit nicely underneath. The additional glass front storage along side the firebox is wonderful for displaying collectibles or putting my DVDs away.
Do NOT expect to heat your whole house with this fireplace. It is SUPPLEMENTAL heat only. Heat flows out from the top of the box... my dogs enjoy laying on a rug in front of the fireplace! I also like that the heat is adjustable. The flame can be turned on with or without heat.
This fireplace may be a bit more expensive than others on the market, but well worth it!
