Pros: Very comfortable chair for long sitting sessions. Keeps you cool, even in a hot office.

Cons: Does not come with adjustable arms as the description says. Pneumatic cylinder went out in the first few weeks. Seat is "Air Grid" material, yes, but it's stretched over a standard cushion that does all of the real support.

Comment: Box had obviously been opened and parts repackaged; suspect the chair had been assembled once already.

If you're just looking for a comfortable chair, this is a good buy. If you're looking for a cheap Aeron chair, go elsewhere.
