I ordered this dryer even though the only review I could find was not a positive one. After using the dryer for two weeks, I have to say the woman who wrote that review either received a damaged dryer or just didn't bother to learn how to operate it properly. This is the best dryer I've owned in my 47 years. It's very easy to use, practically runs itself. It has preset settings for just about any type of load. It can handle a large amount of clothing and they come out perfect. It's amazingly quiet and solid, with a reversible door and tells you when to clean the lint trap. Also, it looks great!
