Purchased and installed our Breeze 3 months ago, and couldn't be happier so far. In 'Auto' mode, if it wasn't cool in the space, we'd have to walk over to the indoor unit to actually see if it's running - it's THAT quiet. We have 625 sq ft of space with a 9 foot ceiling. Several computers running in it, and the unit handles high 90's temps outside like a champ. The space doesn't even have insulation in the attic yet. I can't wait til I blow in an R30 thickness of fill into the attic.

Now, as far as installation - please keep these things in mind and it may go better than our's did...

1 - There is a YouTube video that clearly shows the install process. What the video fails to show is that there should be 3 people to install the indoor unit. One to hold the unit itself, one to feed the pipe bundle through the wall, and one outside to receive the pipe bundle.

2 - After drilling the hole in the wall with the hole saw at the point marked on the template, move the saw over to the right just enough to allow you to bore a second hole. Clean up the small upper and lower points that are left from boring two holes side by side, leaving an oval shape. It's nearly impossible to get the tubing bundle to bend at the correct radius with only one hole bored. We weren't actually able to, and the left side of our indoor unit will not snap into place on the hanging bracket. This winter when we're not using the unit I'll remove and bore the 2nd hole as I recommend.

3 - Position your outdoor unit with the length of the tubing in mind. Too far, and you'll not be able to reach the unit - too close and you'll have a very ugly large of tubing to contend with. Try to find a sweet spot where you'll have just enough tubing to attach to the side of your building with the provided clips and avoid having to coil the tubing to take up the slack.
