Calphalon One Infused-Anodized 8-Piece Cookware Set Review

I have about six pieces of Calphalon anodized infused cookware - wish I'd been able to buy them all as a set! These pans cook like untreated anodized aluminum - very heavy, things can only burn if you don't watch them. But they clean up ALMOST like non-stick. So you can braise meats, etc. without having them stew in their juices the way they do in coated cookware. If anything sticks - like oatmeal, or you burn something on - just let it soak in water for awhile, and it cleans up SO easily. I love this cookware! We use the large wok for popcorn - best popcorn pan ever. And I use the 3 quart saucepan at least twice a day. I use the very large saute pan for making large quantities of soup - saute the onions, peppers, etc. then add the other ingredients, let them cook on low - this pan never sticks.
