I love the chair, but haven't been able to bring it into the house yet. The adhesive glue the manufacturer must have used is extremely strong smelling and toxic. The first day we unpacked the chair from it's plastic wrap was the worst. I had a headache and a sore throat all day, so we decided to let it offgas outdoors. It's been sitting outside for 3 days and still reeks. I contacted the seller via email through Amazon and am waiting for a reply as to what to do to reduce or eliminate this odor so I can use it inside my home. I'm hoping it wasn't made in China, since there are no regulations on what types of chemicals they use in their products. Perhaps I should have done more research before buying this expensive product.
