Have had this rug several months now. It's wearing very well under moderate traffic. Cashmere it is not. It is very scratchy and harsh. Originally bought it for a sitting room but you can feel the roughness of it even through your socks so I had to put it on an enclosed porch. I really like the way it looks but had to take a star off for the cashmere misnomer.

"Sublime" brand bath towels are thick, wonderfully absorbent, extra large, a little pricey, but worth it. After seeing this brand at a local linen shop I went through an extended search for a a set in one of their advertised (hard to find) colors. The only source, and the best price, were through Amazon's listing of a New York vendor, CassaDecor. The shipment came from their Florida warehouse. i was disappointed by the quality of three of the six items, which seemed to be seconds, and contacted their store by phone. The customer service provided was outstanding. I was offered money back, replacement, whatever I chose. My color scheme (newly remodeled bath) was crucial in my decision to send the defective towels to New York for inspection, and to wait to see if a second set from the Florida warehouse was in perfect condition. The salesperson in New York promised to 'oversee' this extended transaction, and did a wonderful job. I am happy to report that the second set had no defects, and has lived up to expectations. I received several emails and phone calls from CassaDecor - following up with the sort of personal attention which has become rare nowadays.

Love the sage color scheme of the rug better than online picture but the burgundy is darker in person and still pretty. Accurate descriptions provided by seller. Excellent shipping speed. Both times items arrived much faster than the estimated schedule. For the price the quality and the design exceeded my expectation. Amazingly both rugs lay flat the very first day. Castello Soft Durable Olefin Rug (7.9 ft. x 11 ft. in Blue) Review

We needed a nice, inexpensive oriental style rug for a tv room - and I am delighted I took a chance on this rug. It arrived in 3 days, and was softer, better designed, and brighter than I expected. The colours and patterns are distinct and harmonious, there is no chemical odor, and it uncurled easily and lies flat after just a day. It is low pile, which is what we wanted for this home office. With a pad it will be about 1/2 inch high. We ordered the 5.5 x 7.7 inch size, but I now wish had ordered a larger size. Overall, I am quite pleased with this attractive rug.
