We love this rug! For the price we were able to get it at the time ($31) it was an absolute steal! It is plush, thick, soft. The color is saturated and you can just tell it is a well-made rug. I would recommend it for a low visibility area (storage in garage or cellar), but not in your kitchen. The finish is not evenly applied. You can see items stored in it through the crack where the doors meet. Already replaced the large tacky knobs. Absolutely no wood and am wondering why it's so expensive for a non-wood item. Received with a gouge in the top front. It does store a lot, but you only have one shelf and I ended up piling can goods on top of one another.

I just graduated from my graduate program. I just relocated to Texas. I just started a new job. I don't usually sign up for store cards but I got the amazon store card to help out with the start up expenses. I ordered this dresser. After waiting 3 days for the order itself to even process, I noticed it was being sent to Philadelphia via the tracking information Home and Living provided. I thought that was weird since I'm near Dallas, TX, but I've seen weirder shipping routes. But after several more days, I saw it said it was still going to Phili and it would arrive at my home in TX the next day. That didn't make sense. I called the shipping company and the name/address/number they had for the tracking information wasn't my information at all. I followed up with Home and Living and they figured out that they mislabeled my furniture!!!! Now this is upsetting as is because no one loves living out of a suitcase, but it gets worse. My only option is to wait for the money to be credited to my amazon store card and reorder something else - they could have done a "speedier" transaction but I obviously can't purchase directly from the retailer using the amazon store card, and I don't have all that money upfront. They also would not just send me a replacement - because their "system doesn't allow it." AWFUL customer service. THEY screwed up the shipping, THEY should just send a replacement. Now I'm waiting for my account to be credited and I'll order something else, CERTAINLY not through them. I'm sure the furniture itself is nice, but the customer service experience makes me too afraid to order from this staff again.
