I received this 1.5 days after I ordered. It came in vacuum sealed in 3 layers of thick plastic, rolled up like a hot dog. It came out nice and clean. There was a mild odor which went away after 3 days. I did extensive research on memory foam mattresses as well as laying on this same brand & model in a store so I had a clear picture of what it would look like. This mattress is a steal because I looked into buying it from a store and they priced it at $700 (without the foundation). Keep in mind, you will need a platform bed frame or a memory foam foundation. If you use a box spring then you may damage the mattress. The mattress is very supportive and appears to be medium firm which is great for those with back issues. It's also soft and conforms to your body. It seems to be 9 3/4 tall; not 10". Highly recommended!

The chair is bright white but the bonded leather is thin. The legs and peep-hole are a rich brown wood with a slight red tint. The nail-head detail is not overly masculine, and well balanced by the lines of the chair. It's a beautiful design. However, the packaging is completely inadequate for shipping.

Chair arrived two weeks after I ordered it with significant damage to packaging. After I opened the rest of the packaging, I noticed the chair leather is punctured in three places (two front, one right side rear) and the fabric under the chair is torn. I took pictures and notified the seller that I wanted to return the damaged chair but the packaging was too damaged in route to reuse. Seller offered 20% off the damaged chair. I declined since that didn't cover shipping and handling (which I shouldn't have to pay) or touch the costs of repairing the leather. On Aug. 16 Seller said he'd send a replacement chair with additional packaging so I could return the damaged chair. I waited a week for the tracking number, then contacted the seller. The seller returned my email with a tracking number that never worked. It's been 3 1/2 weeks, and the chair has yet to arrive. The seller is not returning emails. I contacted Amazon Customer Service.

I'm very unhappy. I have a chair with puncture holes in the leather --top of each leg right in front and on the right side near the nailhead detail. There's no way to position the chair so that the damage is less noticeable. It's sitting against the wall in the bedroom, unused, and waiting to be returned.

I'm very happy with this rug, and it costs quite a bit less to buy it online. When I checked at a carpet store, it was priced at $650 before tax!

The color is on the red side of burgundy, but looks darker at night or on a cloudy day. The border color is a mixture of sage green and camel tan, but blends together to look like more of a taupe or khaki color. The rug is not as plush as I thought it would be, but I have it in my dining room, so it works for me. The shipping was quick and the rug was wrapped well. I would recommend it!

Accents Mayfield Multi-Colored Rug Rug Size: 7'9" x 10'10" Review

I ordered this and haven't fully taken it out of the packing plastic yet but from what I can see I do like the colors and its not too scratchy. I've seen much worse at this price. I do wish it was thicker as I will be putting it on a hard floor but maybe it will be ok once I get it down on the floor with a pad under it. But maybe being thinner will make it easier to clean. I will update this review once I get it in the new room and live with it a while.

Update: After having this for a year, I still like it. It holds up well to our toddler and two dogs. The only problem I had is at the corners where the edges are binded, some of them have unraveled just a bit from heavy traffic. It hasn't progressed and isnt a huge deal. I think it should have been made better in this aspect though.
